The Alessandro Fersen Study Centre was founded in 2016 at Genova by Ariela Fajrajzen, Alessandro Fersen’s daughter, and Akropolis Theatre. President and vicepresident are Clemente Tafuri and David Beronio, both directors, authors and artistic directors of Akropolis Theatre. Ariela Fajrajzen is councilor.
The Study Centre has the purpose of organize activities, promote events and publish writings focused on the founding themes of Alessandro Fersen’s research: the origin of theatre, the Greek Wisdom, the tragic, the actor’s work as tool of knowledge of the world and the self.
