Arabesco is a study group for actors working permanently at Teatro Akropolis. The research focuses on the creative dynamics and the expressive potential of a physical action lived outside of the scene. The development of the performative dynamics following a work on the body and the action is inspired by the discoveries of Nietzsche on the dithyrambic chorus.
The group meetings are held once a week in the late afternoon hours. The group is open to actors, dancers, performers and all those who want to pursue a path of knowledge about themselves through the body. Teatro Akropolis periodically organizes selections to include people in the group. Check if they are provided upcoming selections at the page Workshop.
